The Employee Management Portal allows you to initiate the new hire enrollment process.  Here are a few tips to make sure that the process is accurate.

Make sure that the hire date and start date are the same and are the actual date that the employee attends orientation.

Pay type will always be hourly and Employee type will always be Part time.

Employee Classification will always be W-4.

The work site should default to the state in which your store is located but if for some reason it is not, please change accordingly.

Supervisor name is not mandatory, so please skip.

Enter the appropriate Department, Position or Job Title, WOTC position by selecting from the provided drop down options.

Enter pay rate as the amount per hour.

In the Orientation details section, Contact Name and Contact Phone should be your name and the store phone number.  

Enter the time of orientation.

In the Additional Questions section, select the location of orientation that your employees attend.

This will complete the set up of the new hire and generate a link being sent to the employee.
