IF YOU HAVE A RE-HIRED EMPLOYEE, YOU WILL NEED TO DO A NAME SEARCH IN EHX TO SEE IF THEY ARE ALREADY SET UP. IF THEY ARE SET UP IN EHX, PLEASE REFER TO THE MANUAL "REBOARDING A REHIRE". YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO USE OLD EMPLOYEE #. DO NOT LET THE REHIRED EMPLOYEE REGISTER AS A FIRST IMER USER & CREATE ANOTHER USER ID.

The Employee Onboarding Portal allows you to manage the new hire enrollment process, including the following tasks:
  • Initiate employee enrollment
  • Track enrollments
  • Manage and approve enrollments
  • Verify required supplemental documents

You can return to the portal at any time to manage your employee requests.
